United States Shipping
Alana currently offers the following U.S. shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: $8 — estimated 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: $15 — estimated 1–2 business days

Processing and Fulfillment
Some Alana products are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers, including suppliers connected through Shopify Collective. Processing time may occur before an order is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Multiple Shipments
Products may be fulfilled from different supplier locations. If an order contains products from more than one supplier, the products may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, customers will receive tracking details after the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, supplier processing, high shipping volumes, incorrect address information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to change its shipping address.

We may request photographs of damaged merchandise and its packaging to help resolve the issue.
